This policy explains what information AutoPilot Pro collects, how your dealership uses it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
AutoPilot Pro stores the information your dealership enters while running its day-to-day operations. This includes:
- Vehicle inventory details — make, model, year, price, mileage, VIN, condition, colours, features, descriptions and photos.
- Sales leads — the name, phone number, email address and message of each customer who enquires about a vehicle, along with notes your team adds.
- Account information — the name, email address and role of each dealership team member who signs in, plus the records of activity they create.
How We Use Your Information
Your information is used only to run the dealership features of AutoPilot Pro: managing inventory, tracking customer leads and following up on sales.
We do not use dealership or customer data for advertising, profiling or any purpose unrelated to operating these features.
We Never Sell Your Data
AutoPilot Pro does not sell dealership data, lead records or customer contact details to third parties. Data is not shared with outside parties except where required by law or where a service provider is needed to host and operate the platform on your behalf.
Who Can Access Data
Access is limited to the people your dealership authorises. Dealership administrators can view and manage all records, including inventory, leads and team accounts, so treat administrator access with care.
Data Retention and Deletion
Records are kept for as long as your dealership needs them. You can request deletion of your personal data, or of a customer lead record, at any time by contacting the dealership that manages this account.
Deletion requests are handled by your dealership administrator. Some records may be retained where the dealership is required to keep them for tax, accounting or legal reasons.
Security
Access to AutoPilot Pro requires a signed-in account, and records are restricted to authorised dealership users. Keep your login details private and contact your administrator immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.
