By signing in to and using AutoPilot Pro, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when adding vehicles, recording leads and managing your account. Inventory listings, pricing and customer contact details should reflect real records for your dealership.

You are responsible for the activity that takes place under your account. Keep your login details secure and do not share them with anyone else.

Tell your dealership administrator straight away if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or any inaccurate record.

You agree not to misuse the platform. In particular you must not:

• Attempt to access records, accounts or areas of the platform you are not authorised to use.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute dealership data or customer information to anyone outside your dealership.
• Upload unlawful, misleading or harmful content, including false vehicle listings or customer details collected without consent.
• Interfere with the operation, security or availability of the platform.

AutoPilot Pro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The dealership makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose, and is not liable for losses arising from its use to the extent permitted by law.

Vehicle prices, availability and lead information are entered by your dealership and should be verified before being relied upon.

The dealership may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or legal requirements. The current version always appears on this page with its last-updated date.

Continuing to use AutoPilot Pro after an update means you accept the revised terms.
